- Winner Responsible For Any Taxes, Picking Up and Delivery of Bikes.
- Once Winner Takes Possession of the Bikes Radio Central is No Longer Responsible for the Bikes, Mechanics, Insurance, Warranty, and Function.
- All Decisions are Final By Radio Central Radio Stations and Management.
